Your experience begins with The Mansion’s signature exfoliating shower—preparing the skin to fully absorb what’s to come. From there, you’ll journey through two-three rounds of full-spectrum infrared sauna (15 minutes) and cold plunge immersion (2–6 minutes), supported by integrated LED therapy that bathes your body in the regenerative power of red and near-infrared light.
After your final plunge, a warm rinse invites release. Then, a guided moment of stillness awaits at #BarLuxO₂™, followed by our Qi Blooming Flower Tea—a ritual of deep cellular restoration.
