Reservation Policy

Every reservation at The Mansion is thoughtfully prepared just for you. When a reservation is cancelled at the last minute, it's often too late to offer that time to another guest.

We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice should your plans change.

While we understand that life happens, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice—or missed without notice—may be subject to a 50% reservation fee.

Whenever possible, we'll always lead with grace.
