While building The Mansion from the ground up, we also found ourselves returning to the heart of why we do this work.
For me, that meant six months of early mornings and long drives — nearly two and a half hours round-trip each day — to renew my esthetics license after thirty years in the industry.
After decades spent consulting and training others on the top medical-aesthetic technologies in the world, I realized I wanted to bring that same standard of excellence directly to our guests — not just through leadership, but through touch.
There were long drives. Late nights. Weekends spent balancing zoning meetings with advanced coursework.
But it was worth every mile.
Because when you build something for your own community, you build it differently.

With more than 25 years in aesthetics, she has led national sales teams, shaped the growth of brands including jane iredale, Hydrafacial, and OxyVERVE™, and partnered with physicians, med spas, and luxury resorts across the country.
